There are will records to be found in the Courthouse in Kingstown, St. Vincent, dating back at least to the early 1800’s. We have been told by individuals who did research work in Kingstown, that some, (if not most of them), are in such fragile condition that the Courthouse staff often limits access to them. If your ancestors were British or Scottish, some wills for individuals who lived or died in St. Vincent, can be found in British and Scottish archives. We have also found a few wills referred to in British newspaper records. We have compiled lists from each of these sources on the pages listed below:
