My Last Will
I leave all my real and personal property that I am at present or should be possissed of (after pay- Ing my debts and funeral expenses as also one thousand Dollars to Anna Maria CLARKE) to be divided in equal shares among all my Children first to Catherine Mary Morton GOCKING by Anna Maria CLARKE to my Sons Charles and James. My Daughters Dorothy, Eliza, and Ann by Mifs Ann NEWBOLD. My Son George GOCKING by Miss Harriet BOYD. And on the Event any of my Children as above named dying, their share of property to devolve to the surviving Children. And I leave my daughter Catherine Mary Morton GOCKING my sole executrix. It is my wish that my Son James and my two little girls Eliza and Ann should live entirely with Anna Maria CLARKE and my daughter Catherine Mary Morton GOCKING.

Before His Excellency Colonel Richard DOHERTY Knight Lieutenant Governor and for the time being com-
manding in Chief in and over His Majestys Islands of St. Vincent, Bequia, and such other the Islands commonly called the Grenadines as lie to the Northward of the Island of Carriacou in America Chancellor Ordinary and Vice Admiral of the same

Personally appeared Thomas D. DOE who being duly sworn on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God deposith and saith that he was present together with William RICHARDS and Hercules HAZELL the other subscribing witnefsess to the annexed last Will and Testament and did see the Testator … [ last part is missing ]
