I am trying to trace my ancestry to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. My father's grandmother named Lenora Browne/Brown came to Trinidad in the early 1900's late 1800's. She was unmarried and had children who carried her surname. Apparantly she changed the BROWN to BROWNE, but I am not sure when. Any information you could give would be appreciated.
