I am new to this and I was wondering if you know of a person by the name of Lucien Oliver, (I’ve been told that the surname is pronounced Olivierre). She is/was my grandmother and was born in St.Vincent, (unfortunately I never met her). She had two children that I know of, my mother who was adopted into the ‘Lamb’ family and her brother whose name is/was Carlos, unfortunaely I’ve never met him either.
